I make this buffalo chicken dip anytime we have people over and it is always a crowd pleaser!
This buffalo chicken dip is delicious on just about anything. I usually set it out between a veggie tray and a bowl of tortilla chips. You could serve it with just about anything and its sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Before you start:
When I know I’m going to have people over and I want to make this dip, I just throw a chicken breast straight from my freezer into the crockpot in the morning so that I know I’ll have it cooked for the dip. OR, if I’m really thinking ahead, I’ll make easy shredded chicken in the crock pot the night before and put in an extra chicken breast that I can use for my dip and just save it for the next day. I recommend shredding the chicken before refrigerating.
Ingredients:
- 1 cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3 tbsp cream cheese softened (tip at bottom)
- ½ cup frank’s red hot
- ½ cup ranch
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized microwaveable bowl. I always make my dip in my ceramic serving bowl.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stir and microwave for 1 more minute.
- Serve and enjoy!
That’s it! Does it get any easier? 🙂
Tip: Did you forget to take your cream cheese out to soften? Just add that to your bowl first and microwave for 15 seconds!
